Finding the time to cook is often a challenge with hectic family schedules.  No doubt, that there is a lot of convenience in using the drive thru, getting take out or my personal favorite, ordering pizza, however, there is a cost to these time and stress savers.  Unfortunately, financial adjustments have to be made and people all over the country are tightening their belts to weather this tough economic climate.  More and more people are finding that money can be saved by shopping and cooking at home. Combining favorite convenience sale items (like mac & cheese) with a few additional ingredients, these recipes go together quickly and easily and will fit any budget.
